More About Kristin Dilley

Clinical Interests:

DBT, Self-Harm/Suicidal, Depression, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), Codependency, Adjustment Disorders, College aged Student Issues, Guilt/Shame, Relationship Issues (individually), Self-Esteem issues, Spiritual Issues, Addiction/Addiction Recovery and Work Issues. Clinical Approach:

A therapeutic relationship is the foundation of regaining our individual power and understanding of ourselves. This allows space for a person to challenge limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior and to make meaning out of difficult experiences. Kristin does this by providing a nonjudgmental, accepting, and unconditional space; with humor mixed in.

I am a forever student and teacher of yoga/mindfulness practices. I also enjoy spending time with family, camping, hiking, live music, and reading books with a cup of coffee.
