Clinical Interests:
I am pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, so I specialize in working with family systems, couples, and individuals. I see ages 6+.
Clinical Approach:
I take a strength-based approach where I believe that everyone has strengths and the ability to create positive change in their lives. I’ll team up with you to help identify your strengths and emotions, help you name the stories that keep you stuck, and work with you to reauthor your next chapter.
Hobbies:
Traveling (I’ve been to all 50 states), spending time outside in nature, exercising, nutrition, running, cooking/baking, live music, and spending time with people I love.
