Clinical Interests:

I have always loved working in the helping profession since I was in high school and began working in group homes with adults of all ages. This ultimately led me to find my passion for social work. I am a generalist social worker and am committed to enhancing human well being which brought me to the mental health field. My experience is primarily working with adults with severe and persistent mental health struggles and dual diagnoses in the residential setting.

Clinical Approach:

I acknowledge that each individual person has unique perspectives and interpretations of the world and I believe in meeting each person where they are in their recovery which requires a nonjudgmental approach rooted in compassion, authenticity, and empathy.

Hobbies:

I have a wide array of interests with an adventurous and curious mind. In my free time, I love being outdoors in nature either hiking, walking, exercising, rollerblading or just enjoying nature’s beauty. I love spending time with my cat Opal and time with friends and family. I love journaling, film photography, and taping into my creative side. I love to learn, so much, and I believe we learn from all of those around us no matter who you are because we all have so much to offer to this beautiful life.
