Clinical Interests:

I work with adults 21 + experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and stresses, chronic pain, insomnia, geriatric mental health, grief and loss, mental health with co-occurring substance abuse, psychosis, felons (not sex offenders) re-entry into the community, and individuals that meet the criteria for serious and persistent mental health disorders.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic, strength based, solution focused. whole person and holistic approaches. Therapy is individualized to each person and their goals.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, and reading a wide variety of topics.
