Clinical Interests:

She has worked extensively with success with adults struggling with eating disorders, developmental trauma and traumatic stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders in both intensive treatment and outpatient settings.

Clinical Approach:

Lauren is a highly personable therapist with a strong approach rooted in individualized, holistic support and connection. In effort to better serve clients, she has pursued training in modalities including Somatic Experiencing, embodied recovery and drama therapy, and utilizes an eclectic and person-centered approach including play and drama therapy, psychoeducation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT/DBT, and Somatic Experiencing.

Hobbies:

Lauren has often been described by clients as warm, energized, and direct. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys going on hikes with her dog, traveling, kicking a soccer ball, writing, and enjoying a (large) cup of coffee.
