Clinical Interests:
I work with adults who experience bipolar, anxiety and depression symptoms, disorganization, difficulty with emotional regulation and lack of focus as well as trauma-related difficulties.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in a client-centered approach, tailored to individual needs, using motivational interviewing to help clients learn resiliency, mindfulness skills, self-regulation and organization. In addition I have studied animal-assisted therapies, conservation psychology and encourage my clients to gain therapeutic benefit from nature, animals and being outdoors.
