Clinical Interests:
My passion is helping people who suffer from depression. I want my patients to feel empowered, most often their symptoms leave them feeling powerless, I want to instill hope for my patients. I want my patients to reach their fullest potential both mentally and physically.
Clinical Approach:
I balance the science of medication management with the holistic practices of counseling, mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
Hobbies:
I enjoy traveling, camping, knitting/crochet and reading. I love spending time with my husband, 4 children and 6 dogs (I am a dachshund lover we have 4).
