I enjoy working with preteens through seniors. I work with anxiety, self-esteem/self-image, grief/loss, spiritual, lifespan issues, couples, family, LGBTQ, and self-harm most frequently.

Clinical Approach:

I am primarily client-centered and strengths-focused. I also use CBT and DBT skills.

Hobbies:

I am passionate about books, writing, movies, theater, nature, travel, and music. I love animals and dance. My faith is extremely important to me.
