Clinical Interests:

I work with clients aged 14 and up. My clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, multicultural issues, postpartum depression, relationship issues. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

Clinical Approach:

I like to create a non-judgmental, caring and accepting space to help clients express their feelings/thoughts/experiences, discover strengths, find peace and solutions for here and now and gain hope for their future. I creatively assist clients reach life goals using collaborative and evidence-based frameworks, including humanistic, cognitive behavioral and mind-body holistic approaches.

Hobbies:

I enjoy music, movies, good food, cooking, traveling, gardening, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
