More About Lindsay Wittrock

Clinical Interests:

I work with adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, and life changes.

Clinical Approach:

I welcome you exactly as you are into a space where you can safely unpack and process, discover your strengths, define your goals, and take the next steps forward on your change journey. I use strengths-based, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches and work collaboratively with you to plan your treatment course.

I live in La Crosse with my husband, three daughters, three cats, and dog. I love stories in all forms--books, theater, movies, TV, music. I also love playing all kinds of games and spending time with my family and pets.
