My work emphasizes empowering individuals to recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful goals aligned with their values. I focus on fostering a sense of belonging, purpose, and self-efficacy, helping clients address both substance use and the underlying emotional, social, and lifestyle factors that contribute to it. I also integrate a holistic healing approach, recognizing that recovery is a whole-person process involving the mind, body, and spirit. Whether through developing healthier coping skills, strengthening social connections, or making referrals for clients to address trauma, I tailor my support to each individual’s needs, maintaining a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based perspective.

Hobbies:

I enjoy staying active through regular workouts and spending time outdoors in nature. I value quality time with my family and friends and love traveling to experience new places and cultures.
