Lisa helps couples and individuals address issues that include, but are not limited to, effective communication, building up relationships, anxiety, depression, grief /loss, life transitions, anger, parenting, inattention, hyperactivity, and conflict resolution.

Clinical Approach:

Lisa is committed to assisting clients identify and achieve their goals through the use of empathy, understanding, and knowledge gained from her years of professional and personal life experiences. Lisa believes in a strength-based approach that incorporates techniques from mindfulness work, systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to empower positive changes in couples and individuals.


Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and children, playing games, watching movies, going to sporting events or just enjoying nature. Singing is another passion of Lisa’s, she puts this passion to good use when she sings with her band or at her church.
