More About Mai-Linh Pham

Clinical Interests:

I have experience in providing mental health services to underserved adults and families through roles as a Targeted Case Manager, Lead ARMHS practitioner and in-home/outpatient psychotherapist. I currently work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families focusing on depression, bipolar, and anxiety disorders, ADHD management, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and PTSD, and Serious Persistent Mental Health Illness (SPMI). I also specialize in life transitions, relational issues, identity development, parenting challenges, and women’s health, including postpartum concerns.

Clinical Approach:

I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges, laugh when necessary, and feel genuinely supported as they work toward growth and healing. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, strengths-based interventions, collaborative care, coaching, structural family therapy, and narrative therapy. As a first-generation Asian American, I am committed to reducing stigma and advocating for culturally responsive care that honors the unique experiences and challenges of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Hobbies:

I cherish quality time with my family and friends. My greatest joy comes from moments with my two sons. Rooted in my Vietnamese upbringing, I have a passion for whipping up flavorful Asian dishes. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find me diving into crime dramas, binge-worthy hospital shows, and indulging in well-deserved sweet treat–because balance is everything.
