My clinical interests include but are not limited to personal growth, career and workplace issues, adjustment/life transitions, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I work primarily with individuals aged 13 and older.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies, reading, being and doing anything outdoors, live music, and exploring new places.
