My clinical interests include working with adults, couples, and families (adults only). Areas of specialty include working with mood disorders, SPMI, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, identity concerns, ADHD/ADD, self-esteem concerns, body image, eating disorders, weight issues, pregnancy, abuse/trauma history, PTSD, life stress, grief/loss, self-care, addictions, chemical abuse/dependency, codependency, relational issues, domestic abuse, communication difficulties, emotional/behavioral problems, conflict resolution, anger management, work issues, academic/career planning, parenting/co-parenting, blended families, adoption, and life transition difficulties.

Hobbies:
My personal interests beyond my professional life include spending time with my family, traveling, seeing friends, listening to music, going to estate sales, and taking walks with my dog. I enjoy participating in many activities including hiking, downhill skiing, swimming, tennis, and golf.
