Clinical Approach:
In therapy I use a very Client centered and system focused approach. We know that people are meant for relationships and if relationships don't go well, and when people do not feel safe then their mental health will be affected. This is true across the lifespan. My approach is Attachment theory based and Trauma informed, using models of care.
Oh and I love to play. My environment is full of things that help bring joy. Life gets too serious at times so I enjoy bringing out the lighter side of things.
Hobbies:
Spending time with my husband, kids and Grandkids. Reading I usually have my face in a book. We have new electric bikes so hoping to take biking up again. Bible Study, Church and Christian Fellowship I love learning what God has next for me. I love Board Games and spending time with friends. I also love having people over to enjoy the Lake with us.
