Clinical Interests:
I provide therapy services to Adults, Children, and Adults approaching retirement. My clinical interest includes include Depression, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety, grief, and loss, Addiction recovery. I specialize in depression and people changing careers. Or who are going through transitions in life? I provide therapy services to young children have been art and sand play.
Clinical Approach:
I like to meet people where they are at, helping them discover their growth and develop therapeutic relationships between Therapist and Client. I utilize Narrative therapy to give a visualization of how mental health and addictions go together. I use inner family systems to help with the exploration of losses and grief.
Hobbies:
My interest/hobbies include dance, theater, art, gardening, researching alternative medicine doing in-depth subjects in brain functioning.
