Clinical Interests:

I have experience working with adults who going through symptoms of depression, ADHD, complex grief, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, specific phobias, and with adults who are navigating significant disruptions in their lives which impair their ability to lead a fulfilling life.

Clinical Approach:

I use approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, brief therapy, and client centered therapy. I encourage my client to draw upon their strengths and work to respectfully integrate their personal belief systems into their treatment.

Hobbies:

My personal interests include spending time outdoors with my family. I enjoy taking long walks in the woods and taking time to appreciate the natural world. I also enjoy wood working, reading and taking naps with my cat Kinsey.
