Clinical Approach:
I was a blue collar worker for the first 10 years of my adult life. I then accepted that I was not going in a good direction in life and I wanted to do something more with my life. I started college shortly after and started a career as a LADC in MN. I feel and have been told I am a reality based counselor. I believe in recovery and life honesty and accountability are a must to see what is happening in ones life so the need for change can be seen. My motto has been if I could figure out a better way to live life that hopefully I can help others do the same.
Hobbies:
I grew up on a farm so I have always liked the outdoors. I enjoy doing anything outside, like biking, walking, Kayaking, golfing and camping. In the fall I try to be out hunting every weekend possible. I have a vizsla dog that is with me most of the time either hunting or just walking in in the woods. When I am not outside I enjoy eating and cooking good meals with my family and I love watching a crime documentary series.
