Clinical Interests:
I am experienced in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders in a co-occurring context. I also have experience in facilitating groups focused on DBT concepts specific to substance use disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I am a firm believer in the concept of using a client-centered approach when working with individuals. I do my best to meet each client where they are at and in making them feel comfortable in the SUD treatment context. I believe that getting help with substance abuse can be an intimidating task and as such I have an appreciation for how much courage it can take to take that first step.
Hobbies:
I am interested in hiking, spending time outdoors and golfing. I also love to spend time with my family and enjoy learning about new things. I also like to spend time playing my guitar or recording music in my home studio. And lastly, I am a lifelong supporter of my favorite soccer team, Newcastle United!
