Clinical Interests:
I have been conducting DBT in some form or another since 2005. I spend half of my time supervising and teaching interns and unlicensed professionals and value attending to the growth and development of new professionals for the protection of clients.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that everybody by the grace of God already has within them the ability to change, grow, and recover. My role is to help you identify and use your internal resources and strengths. I provide guidance and encouragement to facilitate movement towards your goals. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to do this. I feel my greatest assets are being genuine, using a non-judgmental stance, and developing relationships.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love nature and outdoors. I am a strong believer in fitness and physical wellness.
