Clinical Interests:
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of behavioral health issues. Some of these include anxiety, mood disorders, life adjustment/transition, emotional dysregulation, and trauma.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach would best be described as integrative, meaning that interventions I utilize are tailored to the best fit for the client. Some prominent theories and techniques I draw from include cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, REBT, and motivational interviewing.
