Utilizing an integrated, person-centered approach and preferred my preferred treatment methods include mindfulness, goal setting, and trauma informed care. I believe each moment creates opportunities for making changes and improving our lives and see my role as helping people achieve personal growth and improving their lives as they best see fit
Hobbies:
I enjoy running and traveling. I completed the Twin Cities marathon in 2017 and plan to participate in another in the future. I also travel regularly both internationally and around the US.
