Clinical Interests:

I specialize in child and adolescent mental health. I work well with incorporating family into helping their children succeed. I also have a background in working in residential facilities for substance use.

Clinical Approach:

I know that therapy can be a tough process to start, that is why I take a person centered approach to get the client to feel comfortable. I want my clients to get as much out of therapy as possible and hope that they can start to implement changes to help them start to feel more secure.

Hobbies:

I am an huge baseball fan and you can usually find me at as many Twins games as I possibly can get to! I also am trying to get to every state park within the next year. I love to read, knit and go exploring at any chance I get.
