More About Molly Pavek
Clinical Interests:
My areas of interest include, but are not limited to: anxiety, relationship issues, attachment, divorce, grief & loss, college aged/student issues, and stress management. I also enjoy working with individuals 16 and older.
Clinical Approach:
I enjoy using a Person-Centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My overall approach is collaborative, as I believe the client is an expert on their life and difficulties they bring into therapy. I focus on providing my undivided attention to truly understand what the client hopes to gain from their sessions with me, as I believe counseling should be beneficial.
Hobbies:
I enjoy boating, going to concerts, hiking, and talking about cats. I also like to watch (not horror) movies, holiday baking, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
