Clinical Interests:

I work with individuals ages 18 and up. My interests include but are not limited to working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Clinical Approach:

I try to meet my patients where they are at, and work with them to do what is best for them. Building rapport with my patients and developing a therapeutic relationship with my patients is important to me as we work together. The main technique I use with patients is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. Most days you can find me on a walk with my dog. I love warm summer days doing just about anything outside!
