Clinical Interests:
My clinical services include working with adults to provide individual therapy, group based therapy as well as in home therapy to help with symptoms of depression, anxiety, co-occurring substance dependence and personality disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that each client is the expert of their own story and approach each client through Person Centered Therapy to meet them where they are at. In conjunction with CBT, Motivational Interviewing. I provide client's compassion and work towards identifying the positive aspects in life and helping them discover the best "them" that they can be.
Hobbies:
I enjoy collecting and listening to music on vinyl, off-roading in my Jeep, building computers and keyboards, as well as spending time with my dog and my two cats.
