Clinical Interests:
I work with children and adolescents who are dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, disturbances of conduct and symptoms of Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Clinical Approach:
Primarily I am person centered in my approach to clinical work. I provide support and validation for clients as they work to better understand themselves. Often I incorporate play and art interventions into the work with my clients to help facilitate personal growth and self discover. Along with this I also utilize more directive approaches, including psycho-education and skills training.
Hobbies:
In my spare time I love reading, watching scary movies, and playing overly complicated board games with my friends.
