Clinical Interests:

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and symptoms from trauma.

Clinical Approach:

As each patient is different, I take a very patient-centered approach with respect to learning where each individual is at in regard to their treatment and their goals. I utilize motivational interviewing, a social learning framework, and cognitive based treatment, while incorporating other modalities to help both me and the patient to get a wide perspective of ongoing concerns and what can be done to address them.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending my time playing strategic board games with friends and family, cooking, and playing racquetball at the gym.
