Clinical Interests:
I work with males and females aged 18 years or older. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds. I am particularly interested in working with couples. My clinical interests also include, but are not limited to: premarital, relational issues, anxiety, and depression.
Clinical Approach:
I approach therapy collaboratively in order to meet clients where they are at and to understand their needs. I use a variety of approaches in order to meet client's individual needs, including strength-based models like Solution Focused Therapy in order to identify client's strengths. I also approach therapy systemically in order to look at the big picture and help clients thrive within their system.
Hobbies:
I love spending my time with loved ones, exercising, hiking, exploring new places, reading, and taking the time to kick back and relax. I also love animals, particularly dogs and horses. The North Shore is one of my favorite places to visit.
