Clinical Interests:

I am currently working towards my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work. I have a strong belief that therapy can help to foster change and growth. I am passionate about working with those who are living with autism spectrum disorder; and those who are living with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities. I have experience working with these individuals in a variety of settings. I find interest in offering support to a wide range of individuals who are navigating challenges, including; anxiety disorders, depression, areas related to personal growth, and trauma related disorders.

Hobbies:

I have a one year old boy who I spend most of my time exploring all the intricate parts of the world with. I am an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. In the summer you can find me on one of the 10,000 Minnesota lakes and in the winter you can find me snuggled up in a blanket watching a movie or reading a book.
