Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-identification, stress management, school issues, and adjusting to life's challenges.

Clinical Approach:

I believe that everyone is the expert in their own lives. Starting with a strong therapeutic relationship, I pull from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help my clients reach the goals we collaboratively set for therapy.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my wife and pets, playing golf, watching Minnesota sports, listening to many different podcasts, and grilling/smoking meat.
