Clinical Interests:
I am interested in treating a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression/bipolar, substance abuse, ADHD, behaviors in dementia, personality disorders, and schizophrenia.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is to value each person as precious and marvelously unique. I aim to help each person on their journey to have optimal mental health and be the best version of themselves. I try to maintain a holistic approach by seeking to discover root causes and creating individualized treatment plans. I prescribe psychiatric medications but also often recommend non-pharmacological interventions or supplements that have research evidence supporting their use. I am a member of the functional and integrative psychiatry group of clinicians at Nystrom.
Hobbies:
My interests and hobbies include baking, sewing, knitting, and doing anything outdoors immersed in nature. I enjoy learning about other languages and cultures.
