Clinical Interests:
I am interested in treating a variety of psychiatric disorders, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression/mood disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, behaviors in dementia, personality disorders, and schizophrenia.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach is to value each person as precious and marvelously unique. I aim to help each person on their journey to have optimal mental health and be the best version of themselves. To reach this goal, I often recommend non-pharmacological interventions or supplements and order medications when it is helpful. I like to incorporate functional medicine into my practice whenever possible by using a holistic mind-body approach.
Hobbies:
My interests and hobbies include baking, sewing, knitting, and doing anything outdoors immersed in nature. I enjoy learning about other languages and cultures and am continually trying to improve in Spanish.
