Clinical Approach:
Every client is their own individual person, with their own past, so treatment should be individualized based on the client. I have worked with mostly undeserved populations. I enjoy creating space for clients to gain greater insights into their substance use/mental health triggers so they can apply healthier coping skills and obtain resources to be successful in the future. I also believe I can only teach what I've experienced myself.
Hobbies:
I enjoy hiking, meditation, mindfulness practices, reading and being outside when I'm not working.
