More About Polly Scott

Clinical Interests:

I work with adolescents and adults working through anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and adjustment challenges.

Clinical Approach:

My goal is for you to feel comfortable and respected. I treat everyone from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, focusing on your unique values and strengths. You have the inherent ability to change and grow and I look forward to helping you through that process. I incorporate motivational interviewing, narrative counseling and cognitive-behavioral therapy to find hope, resources and solutions together as a team.

Hobbies:

You will find me walking or biking through the streets of La Crosse, hiking up in the bluffs or in a kayak on the river soaking up the sun. Reading, yoga, music and baking are my fave ways to unwind and refuel.
