Clinical Approach:
I provide individual, family, and couples/marital counseling to children (6+), adolescents, and adults that are experiencing mental health issues. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the individual(s) and the therapist. The foundation of my work centers on cognitive-behavioral principles but, I have found that integrating client-centered and solution focused principles has been beneficial in my ability to provide high quality therapy to clients.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and attending my children's' activities. A goal of mine is to start reading and traveling.
