My clinical approach is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I often use components of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to address and replace negative cognitions.
Hobbies:
I enjoy painting, reading, relaxing at the lake, listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!
