My clinical approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I practice using multiple different theories, mainly psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).

Hobbies:

I am a major book worm. I enjoy reading fiction stories and series. I love going to the movies and seeing what’s new. My favorite hobby is traveling and have been to several different countries in my travels. I love all animals, however cats have a special place in my heart.
