Clinical Approach:
I provide strength based, solution focused therapy utilizing skill work and trauma work to increase competency, confidence, and self-esteem. I utilize humor in my work often and will hold clients accountable in a gentle manner. I think it’s important for clients to learn to be gentle with themselves and work to model that behavior for them.
Hobbies:
I love getting outdoors and hiking or hanging out in my grove in my hammock. I enjoy my flower gardens, playing with my grandbabies, and spending time with family.
