More About Rebecca Neeck

Clinical Approach:

I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them learn and apply DBT to their life. While DBT is a structured and manual based therapy, I find that using a style that allows me to get to know my client’s personality, likes, dislikes and motivation helps me connect more with my clients and incorporate new learning more fully into their lives.

Hobbies:

Outside of the office I’m an active person, as I believe movement is an important part of life. In addition, I enjoy finding hobbies and activities to keep me busy in all of the MN seasons.
