Clinical Interests:
Through my education and clinical experience, I have developed an interest in anxiety and trauma disorders. During my internship, my focus was on working with clients who had PTSD and OCD.
Clinical Approach:
For my clinical approach, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I try to integrate different techiniques that best fit the clients needs and wants in therapy.
Hobbies:
I love to hangout with my dog and do anything outside. La Crosse is a beautiful place and I will find any excuse to take my dog on an adventure and photograph this beautiful city. I tend to be more of a homebody and love hanging out with family.
