My clinical interests include working with adults who have mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Clinical Approach:

I believe that it is important to collaborate with individuals in the development of a treatment plan that is holistic and involves not just medications, but also therapy and a healthy lifestyle. My experience in public health and nursing case-management will benefit my patients as I am familiar with local resources. I strive to empower people to reach their mental health goals by providing education, referrals to appropriate resources, and support.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I enjoy working with our rescue dogs, camping, hiking, gardening, reading, knitting, jigsaw puzzles, games, and music.
