Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests revolve around hypnosis, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy. I’ve also had a great deal of interest in Carl Jung for many years.
Clinical Approach:
I take a person-centered approach to therapy. No one knows you better than you! You know exactly what you need to do to make the change that you need and I see my job is to guide you, to keep you on the road. I’m going to look at what has happened to you and what is right with you, not what is wrong with you.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include hanging out with family (including my dog and cats!), traveling when I get the chance, Liverpool FC, writing music, and heavy metal. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me tinkering with my guitar, or learning new songs.
