Clinical Interests:

I have a background in the military and the ministry. My interests are centered in emotional, spiritual healing, and empowerment. I work with men, young adults, couples, and families in a broad range of personal, relational, and vocational issues. I specialize in trauma recovery, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression disorders, and work issues.

Clinical Approach:

I use dialectical-behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches to address depression, anxiety, and relational issues.

Hobbies:

I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like running, bicycling, hiking, and canoeing in the Boundary Waters. I appreciate a good book on a rainy day, a conversation that is genuine, or a pronto pup at the state fair. I listen to all kinds of music.
