Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with adults (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, women’s issues, culture-related issues and life transitions.
Clinical Approach:
I use different approaches depending on the issues the client presents including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches and I’m learning Internal Family Systems approach now. I continually try to learn new therapy approaches and methods to be able to tailor to individual clients’ needs.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, watching football games, going to the cabin, playing with our kitties, talking to friends over coffee, and listening to myTalk.
