Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a diverse array of people and concerns. With particular interests in working with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, adjustment, and navigating life transitions.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach focuses on establishing a positive client counselor connection. It is my belief that through this positive connection that the client can come to session as their true self and face their concerns with a better chance at achieving positive change in their lives. Typically, in my sessions, you will explore coping strategies and engage in talk therapy through various lenses like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Logotherapy.
Hobbies:
Outside of the clinic I enjoy the fishing in the Summer, occasionally trying my hand at cooking, playing various trading card games and videogames, being with my family and friends, watching either comedy or drama movies, as well as playing Dungeons & Dragons.
