Substance Use and Mental Health Co-Occurring Disorders. Behavior Modification/Emotional Regulation. Motivational Interviewing.

Clinical Approach:

Person-Centered Therapy. I believe the client is the most apt at making the changes they need to for themselves. I am simply here as an observer and fellow traveler to help the client make positive changes in their life and allow them to get "unstuck" from their current situation and get back to the life that they are seeking.

Hobbies:

The last couple of years I have had a strong desire to get a "real" camera and to begin taking amazing pictures. I recently bought one and I plan on taking some classes to help me better understand how to get the pictures I want to see. When I have the time I enjoy golfing, camping, fishing, hiking, traveling, and hanging out with my friends and my dog Daisy but not necessarily in that order.
