Clinical Interests:
I work with children, teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, life transitions, behavioral concerns as well as relational concerns. I am a LGBTQ+ ally.
Clinical Approach:
I tailor my approach to each unique client and their specific goals. My background is largely in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy. I also incorporate Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Multicultural Theory into my approach. I believe it is important for me as a therapist to be respectful, nonjudgmental and honest with my clients.
Hobbies:
My interests include spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and cheering for Minnesota sports teams.
