Clinical Interests:

I work with adults (18+) on a wide range of issues relating to symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, BPD and PTSD. I primarily work with individuals.

Clinical Approach:

I have an eclectic approach most heavily influenced by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), which focuses on offering skills to help manage symptoms of mental health while also reducing and/or eliminating negative thought patterns which may be contributing to these symptoms.

Hobbies:

I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my friends and family.
